Background: Reginald was born to a fairly rich family. As he got older, he was disciplined and hated more and more by his father. So he got a job at an industry, got promoted, and was the number 1 hated boss ever. He even yelled at people doing things right. But, he was fair, as he never yelled at an innocent man. He decided to go into the militairy, and seeing the MP's power, decided to take a slice of cake, seeing that the cake is right for him. He was above average at Boot Camp/ Whatever, and is ready for action.

He went through high school and Spetsnaz training, the most hardening training on earth. Sesinov's parents died when he was 2, in a blazing fired caused by an unknown person(s). Soon after Spetsnaz training he left earth for the Federation, learning he could discipline others how he was, but not so harsh, soon applied for Military Police
